reports are that floyd mayweather is back in training and if Ricky Hatton beats malignaggi impressively (ala castillo) we are ganna see a rematch next year in wembly, England

i new there was more behind mayweather snr joining the hatton camp, think of the 24/7 :yep they will convince us that floyds dad is ganna help hatton beat junior floyd

this will be great fight for floyd as he gets the chance to ease his way back (he's ganna beat hatton again) while getting another huge pay-day

p.s this was a exclusive report by grenada television in the UK

at least as long as he's active there's a chance of him facing those names

by facing hatton he doesn't take a huge pay-cut, wins and in the mean time margarito gets bigger by beating cotto again or mosley, williams is never ganna be a big enough the guy is the most ducked in boxing right now

IF he ignores the real challenges at 147 to face De La Hoya or Hatton again I would not be very happy.

Mayweather has the ability and the division to be a true top 5 ATG, up there with the Robinson, Armstrongs, Durans etc, but he seems to not be interested.

Yes he will be remember as a legen in the game anyway, but he could do so much more!

    Unqualified Psychological Theory:

Floyd hates his dad so much that he backed out of the Oscar fight, because there was a very slight chance he could lose and "his dad would get the better of him".
But he's willing to fight a guy who has no chance in Hatton, and then stick it to his old man!

I'd rather see Floyd vs Malinaggi. It would be boring, but at least it brings a different style.

if he comes back to fight Hatton again it would be better if he stayed retired.

I saw nothing in the first fight to suggest that a rematch would be of any interest to hatton, other than a payday

thats a good point, floyd didn't wanna fight de la hoya with his dad in the opposite corner at the risk of losing, but he knows he'll beat hatton again floyd snr in the opposite corner or not plus we gets off the ring rust while not taking a pay cut

    it makes sense :yep
