So now Floyd can't even take a punch? Wow you guys have taken your hate to another level....Floyd has never been dropped in a fight.....you guys are comparing him to Glass Chin Hearns....

Floyd would clip that chin all night as Tommy was packing major glass......and Duran wouldn't even land on Floyd that fight would look like Floyd vs Castillio fight number 2...

Leonard would stop mayweather though, or come very close too.

Can't really say as it hasn't been properly tested.

I would rate it as very good, but not an ATG level chin.

Both the aforementioned conclusions come from his reaction to Shane's knee-buckler.

Very good in that he recovered very quickly. Not ATG level in that he got buckled.

Mayweather is just as good as Benitez when it comes to defense and Wilfredo gave Hearns fits in that fight. You can't hit what you can't touch.

Hearns is from a league Mayweather never competed in.

It's weak. Weak mandible is running in his family, his father and his uncle both got their glass jaw shattered, and this is why he fights like a chicken.

Floyd's chin is below average in my opinion. He takes punches but he reduces the impact very well by rolling with it. It isn't glass though.

Floyd did not eat anything . What fights were you watching ?

When Zab caught him , he quickly backpeddled into the ropes .

Zab again caught him with a short right hand that only grazed him and yet he STILL went down . Ref f#cked up the call .

When Corley caught him , Once again he quickly backpeddled into the ropes .

38 year old SHOT Mosley touched him JUST 1 TIME , And the fight was nearly over .

Floyd Mayweather chin = Average .

Hearns is not going to struggle with anyone who faced adversity and gets knocked down by a fighter named Zab Judah .

Guerrero landed on Floyd a few times in their fight , Hearns lays him out with the first punch he connects with .

    1. The Judah fight should've been ruled a knock down, but it was a shot where he was off balance rather than a big punch.
    2. Mosley didn't "touch" him, that was a flush right hand that landed TWICE.
    3. Back peddling doesn't mean he was hurt, it means it caught his attention and he does what he was trained to do: avoid punishment.

Whether its a shot that caught him off balance , or a big punch.. doesn't really change anything . A KNOCKDOWN IS STILL A KNOCKDOWN .

Yes there were 2 flush right hands , But from the second the very FIRST one landed , Floyd was already in HUGE Trouble and held on quickly for dear life . So Shane showed us , he was easily able to hurt him with just 1 punch .

Backpedaling can definitely be a sign that a fighter is hurt , we all seen many fights where fighters are caught with colossal punches or Brutal combinations and yet they do not backpeddle at all and in some cases even continue to walk the other fighter down .

Everytime Floyd gets caught hard , he immediately begins to backpeddle .

Floyd Mayweather is iron chinned warrior, he's been hit with some shots especially Moseley & Chop Chop but he did not fall. You cannot question his chin. It's not debatable. He has never been down. How can you question it?

Yes his defense is impeccable but you have to realize that there are far, far worse chins in boxing we should not even be discussing the possibility of him going down. Maidana will not test it either don't worry.
