It is just one more excuse not to fight one of the best in his prime.
    Not fighting Martinez either

This is an answer for both:

People are saying Pac is using excuses not to fight.

As for Martinez, again, people are saying Pac ducked out of a fight with Martinez when Sergio offered Pac a fight at JrMW. the same division Pac won Sergio's old belt.

See how it goes both ways.

Floyd and Pac are in the same boat. Maybe they both need to sink.

    last couple of fights?

For one, he fought the Man in your avatar. When has Pac looked good against him?

And the other was Mosley who decided to use movement to avoid Pac's attacks. It's hard to look good against fighters that aren't willing to engage.

Before that, he took on a fighter that was willing to engage but isn't to smart nor skilled.

But maybe there is a slight decline. He isn't getting any younger.
I don't know. It's Hard to tell because Pac does have trouble with certain styles.

I'm not sold on this fight happening either. I get tired of them both. Floyd seems like a real dick and Pac seems more innocent but given his past outside of the ring...they are more than likely similar in many ways.

Yeah thise fights. You don't think PAC looked like **** in them, I did. PAC has definitely slowed down from the Cotto fight, because of his age. But I'm sure his haters would've been all up on that ****.

    Why Pacquiao?

Because he only fight past-prime fighters.
    He has no skill.
    He only fight cherrypicked opponents.
    He only fight tailor-made opponents.
    Catchweight King.

All mentioned above ARE INDICATIONS that you are using PEDs.

    ***** Logic at its best.

Depends. He didn't look so hot against Morales I, or the other two JMM fights. He has trouble when he has to think to much.

As far as slowing down, maybe because he still has his legs that it is harder to tell at first. I'll have to put up the fights side by side and compare.

Sometimes it can be down to training. And other times it can be down to decline.

    Cotto fight:
Ariza said this was the last fight Pac gave him full attention for training.

When Pacquiao said that he din't want to take the test beacuse he was afraid of needels and he though it would make him weak I knew. No one in the right frame of mind says something like that and don't take the test.

Everything was agreed upon then he denied the test? For the biggest fight problably ever and he turns it down beacuse he thinks it's gonna make him weak, If you don't smell **** there then you must be rats. Stinking rats.
