The joints in my hands have been bothering me lately (been boxing for over 2 years). Does anyone have any recommendations as to what to take to help this problem? I used to drink joint juice, but was wondering if there were better alternatives. Thanks.

I take it in capsule form, and I believe I get it from Shaklee. Head over to GNC or your local health foods store and see what they have for ya.

Get the capsules, fish and flax oil blend. You need both bro. If you can find hemp oil it is the perfect blend of Omega 3 6 and 9. One of the cats that makes the steroid cream all the cheaters in baseball used wrote a long article about the benefits of fats. In it he says hemp is perfect for human athletic needs. Dude knows about supplements I assure you.:rasta

I'll look into it, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm already taking it. My mom hooks me up fat with vitamins and whatnot.

Oh, and Hollywood Gym is the best gym around. Charlie would cream you if you went there, so watch it. :nut
