    Are there any foods that can help you improve your performance. like give you extra energy or help you recover faster.

    research glyceamic index on google and learn about it

    low gi foods before training to prolongue energy release, high gi foods after training to quickly replenish energy stores hence speeds up recovery

    a well balanced diet overall is the most important
