footwork

    anyone recommend any useful footwork drills aswell as exercises to condition the legs,when im training my legs are the 1st thing to go and feel like lead weights.cheers

    squats in between rounds

    Cycling. I ride my bike a lot and my legs never get tired when I'm boxing.

    Also.. I know this may sound weird but in all honesty go dancing. You technically dance in the ring, salsa dancing is a great way to find a rhythm and get better with your feet
