Maley replied in a thread the other day that team frampton are in talks with team selby which wasnt mentioned in the article but is another option to the lsc fight.
Im disspointed that carl wont face rigo but it was expected i suppose, carls the 2nd best sbw on the planet he certainly cant call himself no1.

Frampton and his circus said that Quigg wasn't a real World Champ, and that the belt wasn't a real belt and had been won by email.

The Wee Fella said 18 months ago, that Frampton was the best SBW in the World and that he'd beat Rigo.

They also said Santa Cruz was a fraud, yet they're now trying to big up a potential Santa Cruz fight as the biggest fight out there.

After what Rigo did the other day with not turning up for ****ens who is seriously going to invest time and money in a fight with him and his team when he is completely untrustworthy?
You can't expect McGuigan/Frampton to try to put the fight on over here due to the reasons above plus they don't even have a TV deal or major backer st the moment.
The Americans are not interested in Rigo either so that's out of the window.

 

This, rigo is in the who needs them club and not turning up the other week has given promoters a very very valid reason for not fighting him
