No but its part of the United Kingdom. People from the UK refer to themselves as British. British title. Martin Lindsay, Brian Magee both held the British title in the past 3 years.
When you don't know about something you usually just keep your mouth shut. that way you don't end up looking like a dick. :thumbsup
Its hardly learning at Euro level either, is it? He's going the route that he is so he doesn't have to live in the shadow of Groves, simple as that. Frampton on the other hand is moving down that path to take on an enormous fight and challenge because presumably he has massive cajones and he believes in himself.
You mean like when you pluck numbers off the top of your head and claim them to be true. I think you should give it a try aswell marra :thumbsup
Dont be a knob, you know that isnt always the case. Now enough about this nationality shite, talk about the fight instead you pricksthumbsup
I think if Carl wins the fight he will have plenty of time to grow into european level. The winner of Frampton-Kiko must fight Willie Casey in their first defence, and thats a solid, but straight forward winnable fight for Carl.
:thumbsup Does ''European level'' really exist anymore anyway? With the plethora of titles, both at European, interalphabetty and world.... the fact that someone is ''European'' champion as opposed to British champion is kinda moot. The number of what I'd call ''European class'' fighters is relatively small. Maludrottu, Martinez, Burns, Munroe, Mitchell etc.
Its a good step up. He has some skills. His style might get him in trouble vs Kiko but we'll have to find out if he can handle the step up. Barry believes in him thus so will i
