I always interpreted the Fury fight as a one off thing and he would go back to MMA now due to this PFL contract. However there is demand to see him in boxing more now and he would probably make more momey with that. Can he get out of his contract somehow and pursue boxing? He probably only has like 3 years left in his combat sports career so nows the time to go for it.
Think of the PFL as his management/promoters They will go to the money which should be boxing Question is who is paying? & who wants the action?
likely he gets fed some pfl cans. they will hand pick some chinney fighters, this will help grow his fame a little more, and then he'll go do boxing again. he probably only needs to fight 3x a year. Which 3 low skill fighters will hardly be anything for francis. there is no free agent hw right now who has a chance at Francis.
