Has big Frank hit a glass ceiling already? Saw an IFL interview where he's talking about Froch, Groves and DeGale but he's never gonna be that level imo. The Khomitsky fight exposed him massively, I'd advise to try and get a European strap and then maybe build up a fight with Rocky Fielding, but he definitely doesn't need any testing fights anytime soon.
He found his level though sells enough tickets to be an attraction. Hopefully he makes enough money before the damage accumulates from his terrible defence.

On what we've seen so far I'd say that he doesn't beat Fielding let alone Smith. Far too predictable. I'd like to see him in with Blackwell.
