I wonder if he’s got anything up his sleeve? You can’t really have Davies - Catterall headlining at the o2. BJS appears to be preoccupied.

I wonder if Degale would go back to Frank for another “tune up” until the likes of BJS/Eubank/Groves/Smith are available?

I have no idea. He said recently he was working on something huge in an IFL interview.

 

He’s said a lot of things in the past that were meant to be huge so let’s wait for the next hugeness statement. Fury is the only huge thing he has left so can’t see anything that will rock the Boxing world being announced.

I’m still convinced it will be Saunders - Degale, but maybe he’s planning to step Yarde up which is what needs to happen now.

 

Here’s a bit of a curveball but could their first show of the new season be the WBSS? That would be a major announcement. Maybe they are willing to let other promoters control more of the undercards to produce better cards and increase ticket sales and television views.
