He burst on the boxing scene in the early 1980's.

From his first World title fight in 1985 - Don Curry V Colin Jones - he has delievered time and time again bringing big fights to these shores.

He is a good character for the sport..............

I like how he calls David Hayes manager - Adam "Phoney" Booth.

I like how he poured cold water on Hayes win over Mormeck in France and played it all down as a average performance and said he would quit if Haye managed to beat Enzo.

I loved the way he slags off all his ex fighters - Ricky Hatton is fat, Jo Calzage is a green eyed monster, etc

I love the way he jumped up and punched the air in vindication when Danny Williams floored Audley Harrison

The mans got a big heart - came back fighting from being shot.

Build his business up.

Can get a fighter a WBU or WBO title to call themselves World Champs regardless of their ability.

I love the way he said Screw David Haye when he failed to show up for the post fight press conference at the 02 cos he was sleeping. :zzz

Frank is on good terms with the Welsh Lads too - counts the two Enzos Calzaghe and Maccarinelli as personal friends.

Now is gonna guide Welsh lad Nathan Cleverly too the top.

Frank looks after his fighters - and gets them easy paydays against bums - I heard Enzo was well paid for beating up Bobby Gunn :scaredas:

Frank got Frank Bruno the WBC Title Fight with McCall and the pension payday against Tyson.

Frank brought Tyson over here on a UK tour fighting bums - and Tyson
thanked him by punching him and giving him a bloodshotin eye :!:

Warren lost to Don King and had to pay him £7.5 million but still came back.

Just a rumour that was knocked about when Frank, who was in dispute with Tyson at the time, turned up to the Tyson-Savarese fight with a bloodshot eye.

 

There was an article in a newspaper about tyson fracturing his cheek bone and some ribs as well.

The bloodshot eye thing was probably just pink eye from poo particles in his oracular cavities.

 

Ran a business which then decided to fold rather than pay the £1.8m a High Court Judge told him to pay to the boxer Warren himself referred to as 'the best I've ever had'.

for all his failings he did the right thing by michael watson ensuring the board paid him out and he never even promoted him.

But what was his motivation there, the Watson thing was hurting thesport and hence his money making.
