    Great news, I think the Woodhouse fight was just the kick up the arse Frankie needed, talent can only take you so far. Dedication and sacrifice is what it takes to get to the top. Good luck.

    If you include shakes, Khan is having 7 meals a day.

    Gavin is eating 2, one of which is beans on toast - which is pretty much zero protein.

    This is great news Arnie and as a trainer theres only so much you can do but if your charge dont follow then problems arise. Frankie seems to have strayed off the course but not too far off, to where he ended up defeated in the ring. Saturday nights fight probably has opened his eyes aswell as seeing how Kevin Mitchell has turned things around through dedication and commitment. Keep Frankie at 140 thats where he`s at his best.
