Franks worst year?

**** him, he won't go hungry. If you are to listen to Frank, he makes a loss off every show.

 

Bellew's stock actually rose as a result of his defeat to Clev. Likewise, Degale is now the European Champion and Murray is on a big bill in America. He's sure to lose, but I don't think Frank was under any illusions as to how good his man was. Murray was never going to be world class.

 

he got a few things back up and running with the last show alone, like addie stated.
He always find a way..his real challenge is his comp,*Ahem* Matchroom, only time will tell!

 

If Frank had any hopes for Byrne at all he wouldn't have fought tonight. Larry was and is crap really, DeGale can come back, so can Bellew as both of their losses were tight and could have gone the other way. Fwank also managed to sign Groves so it hasn't really been that bad.

 

Neither Bellew or Degale will be that worse off for their loses. Of the rest it seems he slipped up on Murray-Mitchell and Fury-Chisora but it wasn't hard to see that Larry O was going to get derailed, I reckon Frankie would have know that.

 

I agree Larry was never going to be anything but average, but Degale loss will hurt.

As for Murray losing, well we all knew he was euro level at best, and Mitchell getting the win was actually the best result he could have hoped for as he has much more potential.

Of course the biggest loss was probably losing Brook.

But on the positives he has the UK rights for Groves, Cleverly's stock has gone up and up, Bellew despite the loss has probably gone up too, plus many of his bright youngsters are coming along nicely.

All in all I have to agree it was a disappointing year for Frank.

 

I really don't think Frank cares, He's not bothered about building superstars to many times he's got fighters there and they've bailed on him. He's just looking to push his fighters on and give them title shots and if they want to step up he gives them a step up.

Larry O was never gonna be a big name for Frank he just signed him hoping he could win a few fights and make a go of it domestically. I think it was a gamble rather educated signing.

It's a mixed year but not the worst IMO..

 

Losing the 0 shouldn't matter.

But if we're talking about '0's Peret had already taken Larry's, I don't think Frank ever thought he'd get to the top.

Larry was never going to do anything, Del Boy is fair enough point, lost his way a little bit. Degale lost a very close fight, and is now European Champion and already banging on the door of a world title fight, Murray got a world title fight, Bellew looked better than nearly anyone expected and his stock has rose, and I dont know who Byrne is :/

But his olympians arent conquering everyone in their path like they "should" be.

 

Im pretty sure Larry is with frank Maloney not w-rr-n
