Never ever been convinced of success for Abraham up at SMW. Its the slow starts from him that concern me the most. Against lower class MW opposition in Germany he can get away with this but this strategy against the best SMWs who are bigger, stronger and can take a better shot was always gonna pose Abraham problems. Froch is very awkward to fight, and he needs to utilise his very underrated jab.

I agree in regards to Frochs wide shots finding their mark. His sloppy technique could actually benefit him when trying to get through the AA guard. I also thinks Frochs defence as improved a bit in recent fights, although he arguably lost his last 2 fights (I scored Dirrell fight a draw last time, Kessler fight to Kessler) he really didnt get hit that much (for Froch anyway)

I see Froch opening up a decent points lead, surviving some scary moments a squeaking home on points. Very excited for the fight though.

Froch will get a ud. The guys who tag froch clean are the speedsters and the straight punchers.

I can see your starting to warm to my humour.

"****" is a big step up from "ginger".

Froch should be to strong. I'm a bit lukewarm on both fighters really but Froch should take this. I can see him busting authoritive, straight shots into AA's guard and keeping him honest. Others have already mentioned bodyshots and ones looping around AA's guard. Froch hasn't got good enough footwork to keep AA off balance so Abraham will be dangerous the whole 12 rounds.

Honestly think Froch can take this on a UD. Unless Arthur can actually start before the midway point of the fight, I think Carl will have notched up a fairly decent lead going into the later rounds.

Abraham doesn't have the athletic ability of Dirrell or Taylor nor the workrate of Kessler and those have been the main problems since stepping up. Froch has the physical advantages and as long as he doesn't fight too recklessly I could see him squeaking a tight UD with some turbulence in the later rounds.
