I tend to find Froch to be slightly overrated but no doubt a very tough man who had a great career. How does a fight with him and Steve Collins play out?
This is great match-up and fight that I'd love to see. While I rate Collins as better fighter overall - I don't think He ever fought someone as big as Froch. Even at Super Middleweight, Collins fought mostly guys who came up from Middleweight just like himself. Froch would have height and reach advantage here - and He'd also be much harder to outwork than Eubank was - and much harder to hurt and break down than Collins was. I think it would very likely be a brutal 12 round fights with not much in it, physical and competitive - and one that could probably go either way at the end. Honestly I might even give edge to Froch with his reach and superior jab. I think it would be very hard fight for Collins in any case.
