Fight is on showtime right now. Complete robbery IMO. Froch is easily one of the worst champions I have ever seen. He looked outclassed the entire fight, constantly throwing and missing. His technique was awful the entire night. He looked extremely slow (of course this may be thanks to dirrel's speed). Froch is basically an English version of Margarito. His defense is awful. I can't see Froch "winning" another fight in the super 6.

I think his awkwardness and roughness will be a huge advantage going into the fight with Kessler but other than that I don't see him beating anyone else except for Green.

First impression makes me judge the fight for Andre. Froch didn't look too good.

Judges prob'ly weren't fans of clinching.

I gave the fight to Dirrel, but I get why Froch won. He was the one forcing the fight, and he did do some good work on the inside, not counting the rabbit punches. Dirrel still landed more and landed cleaner punches, and I think he did more damage in general.

Andre dirrell is clearly the most gifted fighter in the super six, and if he gets his head straight and uses his abilities, he can come back and win the tournament.

Quality shots definately from Dirrell,he won the fight but i seriously think had the judges gave it to him people would still of mentioned his running off which he was doing too often and dropping to his knees to avoid a shot was just chicken at its worst.Froch did catch him eventually with a cracking left hand but he was caught more often with really good lefts.

The point deduction was a joke. Froch landed 3 maybe even 4 punches all night. Dirrell hurt him and whooped his ass. Froch has no defence, no power and a less than average chin he offers nothing.

i think this was a classic example of the hometown champion getting the decision in a terrible fight. i mean it was clear that dirrel showed great movement and slipped 99% of frochs punches and landed some cheeky shots. but at the same time the fight was a poor spectacle and dirrel needed to show some propensity to trade, too much messy holding, he looked like kid running from a drunken mad men, it wasn't exactly convincing. however i do agree that froch is slow, unco and awful to watch i'm sure he's gonna get found out sooner or later, but the dirrell fight wasn't the one

While I hated the way Dirrell fought that nite, I thought he outpointed Froch. That being said, I think the scoring was handed down more in line with punishing Dirrell than in rewarding anything Froch did that nite. I disagree with it as I think it is the ref's job to enforce the rules, not the judges. Although the ref did deduct a point from Dirrell, it was a horrible, horrible deduction in light of all the **** that both fighters were doing that nite.

Does Dirrells begging and crying like a b-hop against calzaghe not matter to anyone? Had he been a man instead of a crying ***** through half that fight he could have won. Froch did have hometown, but even with the advantage he still would have lost. I think Dirrell beat him rather well, but his begging and crying doomed him. Every time he turned his head to the ref Froch smiles and takes advantage. In the end that turned the tide in his favor.
