I have Fulton winning this. I'm not much of a styles guy. Usually, I think talent wins. In this case I'm choosing based on styles. I just don't think the talented but relatively rudimentary Tapales has the variety of skills it would take to track down and trap Cool Boy. Fulton by decision.
I don't see Tapales as being rudimentary. Its rare to see fighters land lead uppercuts on elite fighters like Inoue and Murodjon.
