If Fury does stay retired which I doubt let’s see how Usyk and Joshua both fare against Wilder,Fury being the only other top 3 Heavyweight to fight him so far .
100% - there's no reason not to...other than not really wanting it with Usyk, which is why I believe he's talking of retirement. If AJ wins I guarantee Fury will fight him. It's easy money and and easy win to add to your legacy. If Usyk wins I think Fury stays retired to be honest
This is exactly it. Which is precisely why all this "retirement" blather is nothing more than a negotiating tactic to get a better split with the Usyk- Joshua II winner.
IF Fury is really gone, I don't rate his resume as highly as Marciano's, who has three top twenty all-time scalps and a better 'supporting cast.' Fury has just one. Moreover, there was no obvious other opponent for Rocky when he retired. Tyson needs to fight the winner of AJ-Usyk to even be in the conversation. (And I think he will. )
That just a "Come chase me with more money" retirement. It's fake , he will be back like Floyda after he over spends his money
If this is all just a tactic ahead of a fight against Usyk or AJ, Fury will have to get his timing right so he doesn't have to vacate the WBC belt first. If he vacates the belt first, he would be the challenger and would probably get a smaller slice of the purse. And a fight for the four main belts is more appealing anyway.

The man is not retired. He is the current WBC HW Titleholder. NOBODY on this website (unless you are brand new to the boxing game) should be taking this seriously. Quite frankly I am a bit disappointed in some of you for being so easily manipulated by this man.
I think this retirement talk is just a ploy to buy time to let Usyk get older. (straight from the May vs Pac playbook) Usyk's best attributes are speed and stamina, Fury's best is being huge. Age takes away speed and stamina, but Fury will still be huge. Fury is probably hoping AJ gets the win over Usyk because that's the bigger money fight. But, if Usyk wins, we'll see Fury come out of retirement. Say he needs a tune up, set up a fight to get back a belt...then fight Usyk when Usyk is about 38. Fury has proven he is not a fighting champion. If this retirement is genuine, as good as he seems to be, he's not in the top 10 atg list. He's the next level down, somewhere around Bowe or Vitali.
Fury is going to get KO big time against both AJ and Usyk. His punch output is terrible. For 6 rounds there was barely clean punches landing on Whyte. Yeah he is big, but that won't help him against top opposition.
