Do you think they will team back up after the Deontay Wilder fight? Reasons they might. They still seem to be in contact a lot and are on friendly terms. If Fury loses he wont want to stick around with Steward. If his next fight is AJ in Dubai will he want a training camp in America? If not will Steward be willing to come to the UK/Dubai? They may have just wanted to change things up for the Wilder to rematch to be less predictable on fight night? Reasons they might not If they beat Wilder, emphatically, then Fury will be more likely to stick with a winning formula. Will Davison want to go back, not knowing if he could be dropped in the future. Is Davison happy to concentrate on BJS and his potential 'SUPER FIGHT' with Canelo. Did Furys team (father) and others convince Fury that Ben wasnt right for him, or was that just paper talk?. What do you think? Would Fury be better back with Ben or nah?
Only time will tell. If Fury gets stretched out on the canvas people will say, he should have stayed with Benny boy.

Can't see them getting back together to be honest, fury only has 3 fights left apparently!!!!! On another note I found the whole BT sport / Ben Davison programme all rather odd why would BT want all Wilders so called flawed exposed and show what fury was doing to exploit these ? Surely that's advantageous for Wilders team if they watch that???
Does anyone know the legendary trainers with decades of experience that Ben Davison learned from? In all seriousness, Fury described him as a change of voice and someone to help get his weight down. But in terms of actual boxing knowledge old school, Ben doesnt have it. You generally need that to be a great trainer. Where did you get your knowledge from? So I dont see Tyson going back to Ben. Win, lose or draw.
yeah, fury has the blueprint to beat Deontay but sugar will implore Tyson to sit more on his punches. tyson also enjoys the company of Andy lee and sugar will hold his attention more in between rounds
Tell you what...davidsons been impressive in recent weeks....speaks sense. Knows his stuff. Think hes been harshly treated mainly down to his age and inexperience. Not really fair bearing in mind....they deserved the nod against wilder. Tbf the change will do fury good....nothing to do with davidson tho. More to do with the type of person fury is....he needs constant change....the new camp will have him more disciplined etc. Great set up. Bit more organised. He needed a bigger outfit than just ben at the level hes fighting at. Had to get a mix up in against wilder the first time and ended up becoming a circus with roach and hatton. But ben deserves nothing but praise for his part. Not just for getting fury in shape...which was nothing short of a miracle. But in recent weeks its becoming apparent....he is actually a very good boxing coach. Only thing that he needs to really improve on is getting his emotions under control and learning how to get and keep the respect of his fighter. Seems to be his big problem....but hes already showed he can get results with them regardless.
Completely agree, in the recent tv appearances regarding the rematch he has show he has an eye for tactics etc. Think its a bit unfair Big John calling him a PTI but like you say he doesnt have the facilities a lot of the big timers have got. To be part of the (lineal lol) heavyweight champions career at Bens young age is impressive, I think he will garner the respect from his fighters when he ages and has that experience under his belt. Wouldn't do him any harm being number 2 under a couple of good coaches for the next few years.
John isn't the most objective person. He seems adamant that Tyson is a 19 stone fighter and keeps repeating it, but this is not backed up by facts. His best display was against Vlad and he weighed in at 17st 8lb's, so probably fought around 18 or maybe a tad more or less. Big John getting involved maybe has more to do with him wanting to get a piece of the action now that Tyson is coming down the last stretch. He had plenty of opportunities before now to get involved, however it was Peter who took Tyson all the way to Vlad.
Oh I know, did you see his exchanges with Haye. Lol Haye couldnt get a word in. He has his sons back thats for sure even if it means he isnt 100% talking sense.
Ben will be a great coach but I think it's obvious he's learning on the job. The stuff he was saying Fury should do in the rematch, should've happened in the furst fight and would have with a more experienced coach in the corner who Fury listened to more closely. If Fury loses people will say he was wrong to move away from Ben. If he wins, people will say he was right. Ultimately, the result of the fight will tell us everything we need to know.
