Its a **** fight, Cunningham isn't a true Heavyweight so the win won't prove much. Big fan of Fury though so i look forward to his next fight after this mismatch.
It's a good fight. I think Fury will win but it's a legit fight between two solid top 15 heavys. Cunningham will probably struggle with the size but Fury still deserves credit if he wins.
I think to say Fury took a safety first approach against Johnson is slightly unfair. I think his approach was just indicative of where they're trying to take him. That he isn't a completely thoughtless fighter anymore. Sure he used his advantages and focused on technique, but I think for the most part he tried everything he could to get him out of there too. The guy is tough and hard to hit clean, comes to lose a decision.
I just think, and always have thought that Fury is ****. Fury has been rocked by guys with 1/4 of the skill of USS that are the same size - 30lbs of lard.

Plus, answer the question I asked in the other thread please, Im interested That only works when the tall fighter is static, Fury is as mobile as any decent heavyweight around at the moment
Because I don't share the opinion you do? Fury will have nightmares with Cunninghams speed and movement....and I just met Roger Mayweather so don't really care.
its pretty clear that Cunningham won't hold a legit heavyweights punch, he had bother at cruiserweight getting badly dropped and hurt.
I don't think Fury will just walk through Cunningham - he'll be made to work for it. Still, I would expect Fury to win this one, probably on points unless he can force a stoppage (which shouldn't be ruled out).
Fury could look awful here. I've never rated Cunningham much, but there's nothing wrong with a 210lb heavyweight. Fury isn't a massive puncher, and Cunningham won't do too much, but is nimbler and more technically proficient than 'Kingpin' Johnson. Cunningham could win on points, but if Fury pumps his jab and uses his size he should scrappily outwork U.S.S over the distance. As Kool said, Cunningham isn't the strongest down the stretch. Potential banana skin, even though I don't rate Cunningham and fought he looked pretty average in his last few fights at cruiser especially.
If only you had seen any of his fights and knew anything about his career (less fights to a World title than his nephew for instance) you might've been able to ask him some decent questions. I bet you were like 'How's Floyd's training going for Guerrero'?
USS is a good test for Tyson, though its a fairly friendly stylistic match-up he'll have to work hard & fight smart to look good & impress on his US debut. Tyson has good feet for a big man but his footwork will be tested here against a mobile opponent who will use a lot of lateral movement/strafing. Against Kingpin Tyson put in a disciplined performance for 12 rounds & he'll need similar self-control to have success against USS. I think his jab & his variety will keep Cunningham guessing & Fury will eventually break him down in the later rounds.
