A boxing channel out of the U.K. just said that they have agreed to fight Dec 5th?

I think that would be a great fight at the last minute thoughts?

It would be great, but I don't see it. It's a fairly big fight (two UK giants with Eddie involved), so I don't see this being scheduled at the drop of a hat. Although I don't know ****.

Whyte could finally get a shot at the title.

Way too much work to be done

The only way this would work is basically if Whyte was a free agent willing to sign the contract which got sent out to Agit at the start of this week.

Whyte willing to take a paycut?

Unless this dealt with his WBC mandatory obligation (which Whyte is no longer the mandatory), I'm not really sure why Fury would be interested. He'd be better fighting Whyte if he avenges his loss vs Povetkin, is WBC #1, has higher credibility, and crowds are allowed back into venues.

If it happens I'd consider it a decent name but I already know the detractors would pick it apart seeing as Whyte's coming off that brutal KO loss.

Meh the same could be said of Wilder only Whyte's fight was at least competitive.

An incredibly bad idea. Why? Well the last time we saw Dillian Whyte he was sleeping in the ring.

There is absolutely no way that this fight happens next. Fury has been cherry picking his entire career and he definitely will not stop now. They gave Kabayel a 24 hour deadline so that if he refused, they could have a ready made excuse to offer the fight to Takam. As if he was the only heavyweight boxer in the world that would fight him ahhahaha. Hunter will fight him for free. Whyte is now available and Fury will have a bunch of excuses as to why he won't fight Whyte. But the truith is, Whyte is all wrong for Nandrolone Fury and Whyte can go to the body and bang him out. The worst part of all this is, Furys insanely dense fans are supporting his cowardice just like Twerking Wilder's fans supported his bum resume. Fury should be called out for fighting Wallin, Sefari, Schwarz, Pianetta and now Kabayel or Takam, especially when Whyte, Hunter, Rivas and a host of other guys are available.

Get iced by Sacha and go directly in to a title fight. That would be the greatest eliminator of all time.

This is not happening just stop it.

    Spot on

I really like fury but he still has some work to do to live up to the hype.

He may well be number 1 in the division, but he is yet to prove it.

Hes fought nobody since klitschko 5 years ago.

Lets face it wilder is a terrible boxer, would like to see him in with a legit top 5 hw and see how he fares.

Whytes all wrong for him, no way he takes that fight with AJ round the corner.
