I'm not a great lover of Khan (on a personal level - I think he's badly advised) but he has got plenty of skills and I don't think Garcia has the necessary footwork to get out of range of the very decent jab that Khan has.

    Wide UD for Khan.

He was accurate enough to ktfo out of Morales  imagine if he hit Khan with that shot. Nighty night.... as Khan gets hit, he gets even more wreckless. He goes stiff and freezes up. No defense, nothing. Just waives his hands in the air and tries to ambush you. If Garcia cracks Khan with some good shots early, its going to be a war.

Garcia doesnt have a lot of wasted movement. Not much flash or quickness but good timing and he will make you pay if youre out of position or dont show him respect.

I don't agree with that at all. He doesn't drop his hands, he doesn't stand up straight and he is not off balance. At least not after the Morales fight.

The only thing I do agree with is that he doesn't force the pace. I didn't in the Morales fight. I don't know if he didn't because he was in with a legend or what, but he has done it before with lesser fighters. For you to beat Khan you have to press the fight. I'm sure he is coming into the fight knowing this.

Garcia will be game, but Khan is a level above him in my opinion. I think Khan will have him in trouble early and often, and I pick Khan by stoppage mid-late rounds, most likely from an accumulation of punishment. Khan TKO7

AGain, Garcia barely beat Morales. Maidana beat him more convincingly, enough said.

you make your decisions on gbp judges scorecards. look at ledermans. he had the fight going into the 10th round as even, which is how i viewed the fight.

khan wouldve destroyed the danny garcia version of erci morales.

judah/garcia would be a good fight and i would lean the experience of judah.

garcia way to slow for khan he also has massively overrated power. khan wins big and possibly stops him early depending on how good garcias chin is, garcia might last till late or go the distance if he has a good chin but khan all the way

going with the upset. khan wins the early rounds easily just by being busier but gets tired and gets caught by a shot in the late rounds.

    garcia ko.

kahn wins a ud or loses via dq for holding. All depends on the ref.

Khan rushes in but he's sharper in his youth than Morales was at that point, and is much taller and longer. A hail-mary left hook from Garcia as Khan comes in isn't something he can depend on. I'm not sure what you mean by "no defense"; for the most part, he keeps his hands up, and he's always circling. The question is, how will Garcia even get in range? Waiting for a counter will play into Khan's jab-oriented style, and I've never seen him pressure remotely close to the way Peterson or Maidana do. And even then, Amir is improving fight to fight as he's still young.

He drops his hands when throwing in combination, he leaves his chin untucked, and he tries too hard to land that right hand and throws himself off balance. Of course he can press against lesser fighters, but I don't think he was star-struck with Morales, he simply didn't know how to get around that inside counter right hand. I think most people had Morales up through the first six or seven, I certainly did. The question is how he'll position himself to land on Khan; I don't see him having success.

Does anyone have a best performance from Garcia they'd like to post in support?
