Its the leading candidate for FOTY thats for sure. Shame they didn't give Jung the decision, I thought it was clear he deserved the nod.

 

Yeah it wasn't a robbery by any chance but Jung won clearly he had Garcia hurt a number of times.

 

I have much man love for the Korean Zombie.

 

Great fight, incorrectly judged.

 

It was actually the highlight of WEC's hyped first PPV, and was part of the free preliminary card!

Part of me is sad that the main event was such a disappointment, but it also means that my beloved WEC will remain free for as long as Zuffa keeps it a separate entity. :good

 

Yeah, I often find myself getting much more pumped for WEC events than UFC ones, even though I dont recognise half the dudes in it, im a big fan of the lighter weights.

 

For me it's the opposite: I don't recognize most of the UFC names (pretty much anyone to hit the scene since circa the fall of Pride/dawn of TUF) because I've largely ignored everyone in it except GSP for several years.

WEC has been my bread and butter until HDNet started airing DREAM and Bellator came along.

 

I thought of this fight when watching Leben and Sexyama. Rogan called Leben a zombie, spot on comment.
