Big Daddy was a dangerous guy in his day. How would he have fared if he came along now and had better training?

The year does not change a mentally weak person.

Not at all. I'm saying that when a fight gets too tough he struggles. Carter Williams as well.

Hard to evaluate as Gary didnt really have much fighting experience. He was just one of those really tough guys from the old UFC's that had a screw loose. To be honest on balls alone he'd go far. But unless Gary is able to bully his opponent he generally tends to crumble when fighting better opposition.

Gary was also on the right side of one of the worst ko's ever when he was giving a fellow named barrera an barage of elbows....it was hard to watch, the guy was lucky not to be killed and I don't think he ever fought again after that.

I think Big John was hesitant to stop the bout because what Gary did was within the rules. That said it was multiple elbows that could have easily fractured the man skull. He was out cold after the first elbow and recieved at least 7 more unanswered blows.

And they came so fast and hard Big John didn't have time to stop him before the 7 or more landed. That guy had the most pathetic TD attempt ever and paid for it.

He'll get destroy today. He did have pretty good stand up but he could be taken down and beat down. I could see brock-velazquez etc take him down and GNP his ass till ref stops the fight.
