I believe he runs his own jewellery shop. I actually saw him on the underground a few years ago wearing a check shirt and bodywarmer, (yes, he looked a bit like a lumberjack). He was carrying a VHS tape labeled "Mason's Ventures"

I read that his shop "Punch and Jewellery" was (ALLEGEDLY!) raided by the police and had everything confiscated. Even although everything was legit, they put a notice in the media for people to come and "reclaim" their property.
For some reason I always thought he was British but his nationality is listed as Jamaican. edit: wiki have got it wrong.

He was holding the tackle bags while people were practicing some moves, instead of standing there and taking the impact he moved out of position to crunch someone and sent them arse over tit into the goalpost, which wasn't padded. Another episode of Ricky Ringpost ensued! He was also a bit scared of getting tackled - I don't recall him playing a match, but they showed vids of him training on Sky Sports and he was like Audley against Danny Williams in the first fight.
