It's tops for me but I loved both of these fighters for years before they ever fought. Other's people will say have claim to the top spot are Ali-Frazier, Bowe-Holyfield, Barrera-Morales, Griffith-Peret, sure I'm missing a ton! All of the above are awesome.

All we have are the recounting of the first two Zale-Graziano bouts and from them I take it all other trilogies are but contenders.
I have neither the time, nor the inclination to recall the one particular round between Gatti & Ward during their trilogy, but in any event it surpasses ANYTHING that occurred between Ali & Frazier. It is up there with the Hearns / Hagler slugfest.
