Very good replacement fight at short notice.

 

And Lomax was in training for a fight on Saturday, plus he's a genuine welterweight. Not saying he's better than Cook, but a good replacement nonetheless.

 

Good replacement I must say. I see Frankie stopping him late.

 

I wonder if it will be over 12 rounds and if it is still an eliminator for British title a will be with Frank in morning hopefully find out!! Could be a good fight to
Make a statement do a better job on him than kell and Watson at there weight should be a good contest!!

 

Spoke with Michael today was meant to be on the wembley card on sat against Lee Purdy for the Southern Area but Purdy pulled out injured. not being biased in any way but IMO Frankie gonna be in a tough tough fight come sat.. lomax has been sparring numerous rounds every day and is in mint condition knowing this could well be his last shot.....

I think it's a good fight, well done to everyone for setting this up at a couple of days notice.

If Gavin does a number on him it will hopefully encourage Warren to move him on from ''feather fisted, never been stopped'' opponents like Kelly or Tait.

He'll really come into his own when he faces opponents that come to win..... a couple of times he's struggled because the opponent has been on the Harley Davidson almost all night and clinging on for dear life the rest of the time.

In the long run I don't like the idea of Gavin at Welterweight.

 

it shouldnt be an elimiantor. Lomax got blasted in his British title fight, lost recently to Pryce who lost to Lynnes last week.

 

You say he looks to chubby at light welter so surly u must think he better movin up in weight???

 

no he would be better of loseing weight.

I have an opinion on this but im not gonna bother saying it as people will just think im hateing.
