What does that even mean? This expression is used on boxing forums all the time, it's so pointlessly vague. Does it mean "rated in the top 10"? "5"? "25"? "50"? And based on what, people's arbitrary subjective standards? Isn't every fighter technically rated, from 1 through however-many-thousand-and-however-many-hundred? I hate this expression, it makes no sense.
Already heard about him but never got the chance to lay eyes on his game. It sounds like he's got power, that's what I know. He is so far behind all those german based prospects, I think it would be beneficial to him to have a place like Japan as his residence, to have a better pro exposure.
