The 'offer' was for them to fight again. Read the article: "Since our first fight (in 2009) the offer has always been there, I've never backed down from that offer but he's the one that's always left it pretty much blank, they never have responded to us."
how much(promoter etc), where, when, sanctioning body (judges, ref etc). It isnt a school yard fight. Fighters call each other out every day dam well knowing that its not as easy as just lacing them up. Sure Mundine maybe a little wary of Geale as he is a top fighter and Mundine had a tough fight with him. But Mundine got the decision and has no real reason for a rematch.
