Do they use a different type of light in Germany to illuminate the ring? Every fight I have seen from Germany seems brighter/whiter if you know what I mean. :think

they also have rock bands play for their icons 15-1 faverites in their entrances like they are about to fight someone threating.

Only on Klitschko events though. Looks horrible, plus RTL got these weird camera angles.

Yea makes it look low budget imo. But I like the fact that they try something different I bet foreign fighters feel good fighter in Germany.

here's an example of what I mean, seems to be the combination of white canvass and brighter lights?

They may well use a whiter light. Without a meter and being there, it is hard to tell.

I've always thought it looked strange too, you can always tell the difference. Why do you suppose they decided to give it that look?

I like the white boxing ring canvas. I think it looks quite smart actually.

I like the brighter look. Easier to see. Especially if you want to watch foot movement.

I didn't like the white ring the first time I saw it, but now as I've gotten used to it, I think it actually looks pretty good. The lighting (darker background/brighter ring) is superior to US events imho.
