i purchased supplements out of title mag. called gladiator formula but no clear directions on how to use 3 different bottles but on each bottle it says take capsule 3 x a day that means i would be takin 9 tablets something dosnt seem right?
how is it a dumb scam out of one of the most well respected boxings mags on the market (Title) if thats a scam then ima be a rich man

I tried to find out but I can't find its contents either. I think I'll stick to a multivitamin, whey protein, glucosamin/chondoitrin and flax/hemp oil.
it is a multivitamin and on the box it lists the contents but im not sure if i should take one of each or three of each cause on each bottle it says take three a day
