    I would try Peter Harrisons gym, he does have some amatures, and he's a brilliant coach especially for technique.

    Couldn't find it when I went past, looked like a boarded up warehouse :huh

    peter harrison is the headcoach of the scotland team i think??

    Renfrewshire ABC is good. Colin Bellshaw and the boys are a good bunch and real helpful.

    He runs boxfit classes as well if you would like to just work on technique and fitness first before moving into the full training and sparring with the rest.

    I went for a year and was doing 2-3 a week and loved it but stopped around about when the gym moved out of Love Street due to not having the time and a few injuries.

    Going to get back into it next week though, Mondays and Fridays.

    Still a good turnout?
