Glove Issues (kinda)

    Example, am back training and before i would usually wear ma old sparring gloves for bags (16s) and felt great regarding speed etc.

    But.......atm am finding my sharpness is off/out after a few rounds so was thinking of going back to ma 10s till i get ma strength and general conditioning back.

    Well i am........just wondered on others opinion of such ?
