So what now? Because the guy was permanently damaged we rewrite history? If you want to talk to me about great left handed shots to the body, talk about fighters like J.C.C or Mike McCallum, not McClellan.

 

I suppose most left-handed body shots would look wonderful landing on the likes of Gilbert Baptist, Jay Bell, et. al...........

 

So Gerald never had a world class left hand to the body?

 

McClellan was fun; like many he made me look a fool; I went to the Mugabi (topped by Bomber Bruno) bill, raving about The Beast to my friends. But Gerald was not quite on the level of a Hagler. The Marvelous One in his prime, would have been far too much for the potential brilliant, but in reality, relatively one dimensional G-Man.
