watching this fight on ko tv (lol) and seen it before on youtube. why the **** did golota get **** happy when he was blatently winning the fight the commentator even said 'he cant help himself' which made me laugh did he always go down strairs like a broken lift lol?
The second fight "Rematch" is one of the most underrated brutal wars of all-time. ALL TIME..!!! Riddick Bowe made abit if a mistake dropping something like 40 pounds in a short amount of time, but his heart and courage was so evident.
second fight one oif the most brutal ring encounters iv seen...bowe showed HUUUGE heart and golota showed minimal brains haha....winning the fight even with deductions, bowe out on his feet and he thumps him in the candy...jeeez, what a frustrating fighter he was
Bowe's heart was amazing in both. The rematch tbh many a trainer or ref would of stopped that constant bombardment of power punches but Bowe wouldn't quit he stayed in there and Golota's mentality is weak if he can't get his own way he loses control. See Andrew said to ref before the rematch when told to keep shots up something along lines of ''i will do what i need to do to win''. He didn't/doesn't see boxing as a sport and a sport of integrity he see's it as a streetfight with do or die tactics. Bully of a man...but an entertaining one.
Golota was just a severe headcase. It's a shame, too, as he was one of the most skilled big men of the last 20 years.
