    Check out the report Serge posted last night on Canelo's experience in the ring with GGG at Big Bear when Canelo was 20. If you can search it, pull it up. Appeared to be a very neutral, factual account of what happened.

    I really never thought of that fight until they mentioned it last night.

    Great fight. If I had to pick a winner it would be GGG via UD.

    I don't think so. Kirkland was a true cherry pick and what happened to him is exactly what was supposed to happen. On the other hand GGG can not be bought and what he brings to the table will be too much for Canelo. For one, he is a better boxer than Kirkland, his punches are measured, his chin is excellent, he has more power, stamina and his ring IQ is far superior. Canelo would be in a whole lot of trouble. It's 75%/25% in favor of GGG. IMO
