now that its off season here in the UK i try and train at home, i do alot of skipping and running and i have noticed something weird about my knee, it isn't exactly pain but a weird feeling, are there any good supps i can take to prevent my knee from ****ing up?
Fish oil is an awesome anti-inflammatory. Look at glucosamine too, i use GLC 2000 & get it from bodybuilding.com but i dont know how the costs will be in the UK...
My doctor recomended I take Glucosamine/Condriten. But she said if it gets worse there are prescription drugs.
Yeah If It Gets Real Bad, Stop Running Ande Skipping Altogether. I Did My Knee A Few Years Ago, And Found The Bicycle To Be The Best Cardio Workout For Me Because It Didn't Put Weight On The Joints. A Good Stationary Bike Is Most Convenient. That And Glucosamine And Fish Oil As Well. Other Than That: Welcome To Old Age! Haha
