    excellent interview, great athletes are born every day and perhaps better nourished these days but the truth is that the breeding ground of the great fighters of old (Moore's day) does not exist, the gyms, the fighters were so advanced in that era that much of the knowledge is lost. Look at some of the guys Archie fought on the way up to sharpen his skills, look at Charles. This was a different time in boxing and the years before Archie as well. I am not knocking today's fighters there are benefits of nutrition and muscle advancement and international amateur experience but the multitude of gyms, fights, Trainers, experienced fighters and breeding grounds are dying IMO

    What a wonderful interview! Merchant trying to steer Archie back to the oncoming fight . Archie intent on relating histories about Burley.What an impressive figure Archie was in his old age!
