Vlad can be the greatest heavyweight of all time if he keeps fighting regularly and does not retire until around 37 or so. He could do it if he is injury free and he takes care of his healh.
Head to head, I have Whitaker number 1 at lightweight. Duran is my number 2, but it's a close call and he could easily be number 1.
