    Frazier/Ali

Izzy/Marquez comes in second though for me

I always say Patterson-Johannson in terms of pure action.

    Vasquez-Marquez definitely rates top-ten if not top-five.

I have to admit that I have the Vaz-Marq one right up there at the top. Usually you have one fight in a trilogy that doesn't quite live up to the standard set by the other two. All three fights in the Vaz-Marq trilogy were brilliant.

Bowe-Holyfield should get a mention, as well as Barrera-Morales and Ali-Frazier.

The lack of footage of the first two Zale-Graziano fights makes that one hard to compare.

Bowe-Holyfield and Vasquez-Marquez were two rare trilogies were all 3 fights were very good and competitive.

Ali-Frazier had 2 classics, but the 2nd fight can replace Ambien. Barrera-Morales was excellent, Pacquiao-Morales was good, Gatti-Ward was good (but overrated). Patterson-Johannson was wild.

Although it lacked the overall signficance of an Ali-Frazier, I personally enjoyed the Bowe-Holyfield trilogy the most.

The worst trilogy I've seen is Hopkins-Allen. Ruiz-Holyfield wasn't good either, but in actuality the first and 2nd fights weren't all that bad. It was the third fight that was horrendous.

    Nice shout.

I think that Vasquez v Marquez is #1 personally. I think it's the best trilogy in the history of the filmed sport. There might be three fights in the Langford-Wills series, or maybe the Burley-Williams or the Britton-Lewis rivalries that would shade them, but we'll never know.

    Vasquez-Marquez is a #1 i'm pretty happy with.

Morales-Barrera will always be No1 for me. Its not only three action packed fights, its a personal war between two men who came from two different backgrounds and were willing to give their all to emerge victorious.

They both had top skills and an incredible will to win and thats what makes it so special for me.

Assuming Mora and Manfredo don't do it again, I'm gonna go with these choices:

    Ali / Frasier
    EM / MAB
