how does the mavelous one handle the human windmill? whos winning this hard hitting action packed war of attrition? how and why?
This would be easier to answer if we had footage of Greb in actual combat. We know he was great but what style of fighting did he employ? We know how Hagler fought due to all the film footage of him in action. From there we can reasonably guess as to which fighter has the style to trouble him....assuming of course there is film footage of that particular fighter, something we don't have in regards to Greb (Which still blows my mind). This is why I can't make a prediction in this matchup...or any matchup concerning Greb. Newspaper reports and heresay take us only so far...This is the 21st century...We need film dammit!! We have to see with our eyes. His record speaks of his greatness but what did he look like while fighting an opponent? What style did he employ? What were his tendencies or weaknesses? Did he fight differently depending upon the opponent? Excuse me for rambling but I've always felt these were legitimate questions when discussing Greb...Especially in mythical matchups. Anyone agree?
Maybe Greb was shot to **** and never the same post accident, half blind and still should have been given the decisions.
Maybe. And maybe not. Maybe Tiger Flowers was better than Hagler anyway. I dunno. If Antuofermo is something like Greb just about anything is possible.
