**** fight. Danny you keep crapping on that your a cruiserweight world champion. In my book that means you should defend it against cruiserweights NOT middleweights. Siaca's last fight last year was at middle.
Thats why Greens called him out...it helps dircredit Mundines weight issues....and Siaca beat Mundine...perfect for Green
if Green wants to be a cruiser then he should be calling out real cruisers or go back to 175...guys like Marco Huck, Cunningham, Adamek, Banks, hell even Erdei would give him hell and i think all would stop him. I think its a but rich weighing 180 pounds, claiming your a cruiser and then picking 168 pound fighters
Agree in a general sense Gonzo, but Green came back specifically for Mundine II, regardless of all the other b/s that's been bandied about at various times. Because it was taking so long to get organised, Green started with a Plan 'B', and surprisingly to all he was able to get RJJ organised to fight in Oz. Obviously, that win looked like it might open other doors , but then didn't. So we're back to Green v Mundine II, and anything prior will be just padding one would think.
Met Danny on a plane from Perth to Syd lastnight. Didn't get to chat, needless to say he was sitting in the nice comfort of the front and I was with the plebe up the back. Shook hands, said hi... Guess he's here fir the announcement.
