Fwank only promotes Groves in the UK remember, assuming he beats Anderson he might be tempted to fight in the US with Golden Boy, so Fwank could offer it to him and cash out, it's a win/win for him.
after 15 fights IMO he shouldn't go for the world title, 3-4 more fights before pushing on to that level would be ideal. He shouldn't be rushed...

He won't face stieglitz just yet he's not ready. He's a got a tough nights work ahead of him anyway friday night so he better forget world title talk. If I'm anderson I'm loving all this rumour about george getting a world title shot earlier than expected
All this talk of ''world titles'' is premature, Groves has to get past Anderson first and the closer the fight gets, the more Im starting to think Anderson may beat him, I can see Kenny drawing Groves in to a tear up and making it his sort of fight, Im still not convinced that Groves can maintain a gameplan over 12 rounds? He did with Degale I know but that was a totally different type of fight, I believe Kenny is better at sustaining a fast pace and applying smarter pressure.
Groves should turn down the Stieglitz shot, no rush at all. He's got a tough fight on Friday night and if he comes through that he can start looking at Euro level or maybe go over to America and take on a few fringe contenders.
Stieglitz is pretty good now, don't think groves could beat him just yet, so has Kessler pulled out? Give Abraham the shot it's not a bad fight that.
This is going to be a tough decision for Groves. Although I agree it is too soon for him, Stieglitz is by far the most beatable SMW champion out there. (I agree he has improved recently and would be a very tough fight for Groves) If Groves passes this up he could end up in an even tougher fight for a world title in 12/18 months time.
