    Hagler was pretty good but his division was really weak compared to what's around now.

    Just stating that hagler took shots from hearns and hes ko better fighters than kov and ggg have faced yet

    I'm assuming here Kovalev makes weight ok. If this is the case MMH would likely get stopped unfortunately.

    Kovalev wouldnt struggle to land on Marvin, its not like he would have to go looking for Hagler. It's just down to size and power, plus Kov is very skilled.

    Ok, guys.....I like Kovalev and am a fan, but he really hasn't done enough to be compared to one of the GOATs.

    There is a lot of DKSAB going on in here with claims that Kovalev would stop Hagler.

    You must have only seen Hagler vs Hearns and Mugabi. Hagler was a totally different fighter by this time and had lost his lateral movement.

    Watch Hagler knockdown Eugene Hart in round 3 and tell me that Kovalev wouldn't have to look for Hagler. It looked Hart's shoes were made out of concrete the way Hagler froze him with his changing direction.

    Yeah I guess I kinda disregarded the whole makes weight comfortably thing since its totally impossible :lol:

    Hagler would beat a drained down Kovalev
