Matthew Hall Prince Aron that would be good Matthew Hall could get a second chance to fight for the British light-middleweight title. The 26-year-old has been nominated for an eliminator against Prince Arron. Last July, Hall fought Anthony Small in a British and Commonwealth title clash at the O2 Arena. But he was halted in eight rounds. Since then he has teamed up with trainer Anthony Farnell, and says he is in better shape than ever. Next out at the end of September, Hall admits he is still hurting over the Small reverse. "I wanted that British title so bad," he said. "I wondered if I would ever get another chance to win one, but it looks as if I might now. "Arron is good but he's not that good, and if he is standing between me and a Lonsdale belt, there is only one winner." Sam Webb is the current British champion, while 22-year-old Arron is a Prizefighter winner. If he did fight Hall it would pit little against large - Hall is around 5'7, while Arron stands at 6'3.
Arron has improved quite a lot, but he is still fragile in my opinion. I would confidently pick Hall to stop him.
Why is Hall contemplating smoking cocaine if he's got a fight lined up? Either that or a low rent British porno? Strange behaviour from him, the Small defeat musta really screwed him up. In all seriousness, I woulda loved Hall to have put the hurt on Small, especiallynow :yep Hall was shocking that night though.
If Hall can get near Prince Aaron to get his shots off then he can win this fight but I think that Bob Shannon will have him well worked out...:yep This will be a great fight, I like both fighters, may the best man win...:good
