If you have any resistance bands, you can do some leg curls. Natural glute ham raise is difficult but you can do negatives. if you have anything you can drag along you can tie it to your foot and leg curl it for a distance, then the other leg. Sprints are excellent for building hamstring strength but build it up slowly.
One legged squats work my hamstrings well as long as you go down deep, and also reverse lunges(not sure if that's the name. The ones when you take a step backword)
Lunges. Because not everybody can go outside and push a car down the street, or purchase a ****ing sled..........or even be assed purchasing a seld.
Then don't. Some people have a sled or car and are prepared to do the work, some aren't. It's known as a suggestion.
