    Hey guys,

Just started training on my own (if I get into it I may join a gym, but right now I'm with a brazilian jiu jitsu gym and just do boxing at home for fun) and I have a pair of hand wraps and 12oz gloves for my heavy bag. Its kind of a dumb question, but after I wrap my hands and put one glove on, I find I cant get the last glove on my hand on my own! Are there any techniques or ways to do this, since I'm usually alone when I'm hitting the bag.

    Thanks guys

use your mouth to pull the glove down

I can get mine down, but then I always do the hook and loop with my mouth.

what you do is you put the glove on the end of your hand then bite theside of it and pull it down the you do the hook and loop

There are the gloves with laces, and then the hook and loop. Which are easier velcrow ones, that just wrap around your wrist.

"hook and loop" is the generic phrase for "velcro", which is a proprietary name, and copyrighted.

Maybe its just that my wraps aren't tight enough and are too big and getting in the way

I'd have to agree bro. Not to dis you or anything but those wont do. Its like those guys who go to a simple boxing class with grappling gloves. They hit the heavy bag four times and are saying that their knuckles hurts...
