    James Fair didnt just write Give Him To The Angels. Give Him To The Angels was simply an expansion on articles about Greb that Fair had been publishing in magazines for a decade so it is entirely within the realm of possibility that your father at some point read this story without ever having seen a copy of Give Him To The Angels.
