pretty much every name fighter in the light welter/welterweight divisions have been mentioned as hattons next opponent possibly for a homecoming fight in manchester, but who will it actually be?i personally think it'll be mallinaggi(if its in the states)if its in manchester probably casamayor(because mallinaggi wont fight in the uk)i was hoping&wishing it was gonna be mayweather, but if that fight ever does happen,it wont be this year.wow this turned into a longer thread than it was in my head!haha:yikes

yeah i think malignaggi at msg, although i think he wanted to fight in the uk next. i don't think mayweather will be next - they'll want to build the hype a bit for that one. i think hatton should deal with malignaggi easier than a lot of people think as well, as he won't want to risk losing, before mayweather.

Hatton - Judah is an obvious choice.

Judah is a terrible next fight. Risk vs reward.. We've seen what happened to Hatton the last time he faced a lefty-slickster while moving up. Collazo almost finished his ass off..

Hatton needs to end the speculation and fight Junior Witter. It'll be the ideal fight for his British fanbase. Then he can get demolished by Floyd sometime next year..

Judah is great exposure and very vulnerable to punch opponent.
Piece of cake for Hatton if he thinks seriously to fight Floyd.

We'll have to agree to disagree then. Because I think Judah's handspeed will give Hatton fits..

But Judah is the best test for Hatton before Floyd, fast, slick
and with possibility to be knocked out if things go rough.

Judah may outbox Hatton but cannot hurt him too much, so even if
Judah win slightly on points the Hatton-Floyd fight may still happen.

Cotto, Margarito or Mosley may do the pernament damege.

    Casamayor.No
    Judah. No

I hope the Hattons are not daft enough to face any more southpaws.

I still think Paulie is favourite and seeing as he'd earn a deal more cash fighting in the UK, maybe he will agree

How about COTTO? A tough test for his grappling skills.
